Mediation Booking Options
Choose the option that best fits the needs and availability of all parties:
- Expedited Morning Mediation (2 hours)
Ideal for straightforward matters requiring limited time and focused discussion. Expedited mediations begin at 8am and are scheduled for a maximum of 2 hours. - Partial Day Mediation (4 hours)
A standard morning or afternoon session, suitable for moderately complex disputes. - Full Day Mediation (8 hours)
Designed for more complex disputes that require extended negotiation and resolution time.
Arbitration Booking Options
Choose the option that best fits the needs and availability of all parties:
- Expedited Morning Arbitration (2 hours)
Ideal for straightforward matters requiring limited informal presentation of evidence, starting at 8:00am for a maximum of 2 hours. - Partial Day Arbitration (4 hours)
A standard morning or afternoon proceeding, suitable for moderately complex disputes to include either formal or informal presentation of evidence. - Full Day Arbitration (8 hours)
Designed for more complex disputes that require extended time for presentation of evidence and arguments of counsel.
